Thank you for collaborating with Food For Thought (FFT) as a Dining Out For Life (DOFL) business partner again this year. We appreciate you!
Complete the following form to register for this year; double check pre-filled fields for accuracy and make changes where necessary.
Business Partner (restaurant, coffee shop, bakery, brewery, or winery) agrees to:
Allow Food For Thought to use, without cost or charge to Food For Thought, business partner’s public information for Dining Out For Life promotional materials. Business must be signed up no later than September 25 to be included in promotional materials.
Continuously display DOFL promotional poster and/or materials for a minimum of two weeks prior to event date. Promotional materials include poster, dining guides, postcards, table tents and to-go stickers.
Inform employees about DOFL, enabling them to promote event to guests.
If applicable, allow FFT volunteer Ambassador(s) into business establishment on event day to approach and thank guests at tables, hand out event information, and accept drawing entries/donations to FFT.
Remit pledged donation of event day sales to Food For Thought no later than December 31, 2025.
Carry current liability insurance for business public location on event date.
Food For Thought agrees to:
Produce, deliver and distribute high quality materials to promote DOFL.
Orchestrate DOFL promotional campaign including local radio, print media, email and social media.
Send promotional materials to Food For Thought’s 10,000+ supporters.
Schedule FFT Volunteer Ambassador(s), if requested above. Ambassadors will share the impact of your DOFL participation in support of Food For Thought on event day. Ambassadors subject to availability and usually scheduled during peak hours.
Provide communication and DOFL updates.
Upon request, FFT representative will visit to your business to speak with your employees about Dining Out For Life and Food For Thought.
List your business on FFT’s DOFL event webpage and DOFL's national page. Both active year-round demonstrating your community engagement.
